Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- A genuine quality issue is identified at the time of delivery.
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be used, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Reasons
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size or fitting concerns
- Length or neck-depth preferences
- Color or fabric preference
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placement by the customer
- Personal expectations regarding the product
Customers may request an exchange in such cases, subject to stock availability and our exchange policy.
