Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping Policy

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 business days, subject to courier service availability.

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in the customer's location:

• The customer will be required to self-ship the product.
• The parcel must be sent through a reliable and trackable courier service.

Istylecan is not responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping.

Self-shipping courier charges will not be reimbursed.
