Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation, payment verification, and address validation.

Estimated delivery is usually 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier coverage, weather, holidays, operational delays, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch where available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.

If an order is returned to origin because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or customer unavailability, re-shipping may require advance payment of applicable shipping charges.

For visibly damaged or tampered packages, record a complete unboxing video and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
