Returns and Exchange Policy
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Eligible return claims include damaged product, manufacturing defect, incorrect product, missing item, or a product materially different from the confirmed order. A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for every return, refund, replacement, or exchange claim.
For non-defect reasons such as size or fit, one exchange per order may be offered subject to stock availability. A reverse pickup and re-shipping charge of ₹150 must be paid in advance.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains and fragrance, and returned with original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging. All returned products are subject to quality inspection.
Where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product using a trackable courier. Self-shipping costs and transit risk remain with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exchange processing normally takes approximately 15–20 business days after pickup and successful quality inspection.
Sale, clearance, promotional, intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or specifically marked non-returnable products may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or where an approved defect or incorrect-item claim applies.
