Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.
Once approved, the refund will be credited to the customer's provided UPI ID or bank account.
Important Notes
- Customers must provide accurate bank or UPI details.
- Istylecan will not be responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges
- COD charges
- Handling fees
- Delivery charges
- Exchange charges
Only the eligible product amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
