Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are permitted only once per order.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size, color, or product.
- A reverse pickup and reshipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable for all exchange requests and must be paid in advance.
The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection process.
If the returned product fails quality inspection, the exchange request will be declined, and the item may be returned to the customer.
Exchange orders are typically processed and delivered within 15–20 business days after successful quality approval.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer package
- Shipping label
- Complete parcel opening process
- Product received
- Visible defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)
The recording must begin before opening the package and continue until the product is fully visible.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale and discounted products
- Promotional and clearance items
- Used, washed, or worn products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products returned without a valid unboxing video
